A deliberate project profile — our self-originated sites run about 2 MWac solar with 10 MWh of storage — refined once and reused, so each new site is faster and more predictable than the last.

A formal engineering standards framework governs how work is designed, documented, and handed off — one source of truth, not tribal knowledge.

Quality-gated

Inspection and test plans with hold and witness points, so progress is verified — earned value follows quality sign-off, not the other way around.

In-house engineering

Electrical and civil design carried in house keeps quality, schedule, and accountability under one roof.

Right-sized siting

A compact footprint gives us flexibility on where a project sits relative to the substation — opening up parcels that large utility-scale can't use.
